i want to uncover my six pack!, i definetlaly had one last summer, but unfortunately put on weight during winter lol, but everyone does i guess lol, so how can i lose the weight without no fancy diets like throwing up the food, just exercise, cause i ride my bike for 3 miles Monday through Saturday, and walk to school 1 mile, also, i got to my schools fitness center every 5 weeks lol, but i need to lose weight, wat r the foods i need to lay off of, and what are the foods i need to start eating?
To burn the fat do a minumum of 45 minutes of aerobic exercise a day 5-6 days a week. Cut back on fat and carbs a little and add some protein to each of your meals. Stay hydrated drink a gallon of water a day. ab crunches
