SO PLZZZZZZ HELP ME!!!!!!

CARDIO,DON'T WORRY ABOUT TRYING TO BUILD MUSCLE BECAUSE YOUR BODY NEEDS TO SHED THE FAT B4 YOU CAN SEE THE MUSCLE.AND DON'T STARVE YOURSELF!DO YOU KNOW THAT IF YOUR BODY DOESN'T GET ENOUGH CALORIE INTAKE THAT IT HOLDS ON TO YOUR FAT AND IT WON'T SHED!!EAT CARBS AND CALORIES FOR A FEW DAYS(I MEAN STOCK UP ON THEM!)THEN GO BACK ON YOUR ROUTINE DIETING AND YOU WILL BOOST YOUR METABOLISM ENOUGH TO SHED MORE POUNDS.RUNNING-SWIMMING AND BOXING!KEEP YOUR HEART RATE UP.
cut out any pastas and breads and walk..best thing plus all the water you can handle because water is needed to raise the metabolism plus its really good for your skin.if you eat what is grown and not boxed..its best for you.
1. Don't eat three meals a day and don't substitute water for a meal. You have to keep you metabolism going so you should eat 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day.

2. Cardio everyday will keep your body burning fat constantly. Do at least 25 minutes on the treadmill daily.
The thing is, you have to be careful, otherwise, you may do permanent damage to yourself and I don't think anyone in their right mind would recommend you doing more than what you are already doing already. Seek professional advice.
COUNT UR CALORIES!!
I think you'll find that swimming is the best exercise to lose weight because you burn so many calories doing it, this exercise will help tone and burn off fat at the same time as it gives the whole body a workout. Just make sure you don't eat straight before swimming, you may get cramps. But of course your body does need some initial energy to do any exercise so don't cut out all the carbs in your diet! Just be sensible about what you eat, and i'm sure you'll see the results.

Good Luck
First, what you ate when you had nothing but crackers and tuna - if indeed that's what you did - was exactly the wrong thing to do. While losing weight, you still need a proper balance in your diet of all the necessary nutrients, and crackers and tuna alone ain't gonna cut it!

Now that you've decided to get serious, ask to see your family doctor who will refer you to a registered dietician who can help you learn about nutrition and the role it plays in keeping you healthy. You can also ask about which exercises are appropriate for weight loss. Your biking, for instance, while a good idea, is too inconsistent. You need to set aside a certain amount of time daily for exercise. When you exercise, do that an that alone rather than stopping to visit friends, stopping to pick up soda, etc. Bike for half an hour a day, but make sure that half hour is NOT interrupted. Bike for half an hour straight. But I'd say, bike only three days a week. The other four, divide between swimming and running. Swim laps down at your nearby "Y" and don't just get in and splash around. Run on an approved track, not just around your neighborhood. Run for half an hour, but first, do some warmup stretches so you don't hurt yourself by running when your muscles are "cold". And knock off the 12-bottle-a-day water regimen. You need measured amounts, not number of bottles. Ordinarily, we each need to drink two liters or quarts a day. That's water, not soda, and certainly not those high-calorie "sports drinks". IF you exercise very vigorously for more than half an hour, you MAY need to drink more. You sweat a lot, you're losing vital electrolytes, which is why your diet needs to be more balanced. A professional athlete is about the only person who needs drinks that include replacements for those lost electrolytes - sodium, potassium and chloride. Their sports physicians and professional trainers will provide that drink. It's not a real good idea to try to make your own because you'll have no idea as to how to formulate such a drink - and too much of a given electrolyte is as dangerous as too little. Luck to ya!
