I'm pretty skinny, everywhere, but a huge spare tire in my gut...what can i do?



i'm 42 yrs and don't exercise alot. although i do bike ride. i eat a lot of junk, along w/ healthy food. i love eating...but my gut is gross, rolly fat....is there anything i can do? will it always be this way?

Exercise is probably the best answer.
Laying off of some of the junk food (you don't have to give it up entirely, especially if you are getting plenty of exercise) would probably help.
