Will biking help loose weight?



i am trying to lose some of the fat on my tummy and hips, and i don't have all that much time per week to dedicate to exercise. my questions is, should i jog or bike? which would be more effective?

Yes! bikiing is a great cardio exercise. holding in your stomach muscles while riding helps to tighten your abs. Biking also will help you slim down your thighs and the rest of your lower body.
To tell you the truth alternating between the two would be the most effective. That way you are giving your body different exercise and it will be more beneficial.

Yeah! I hate jogging---I cant stand, so I perfer to bike---You burn more calories biking then you do running anyway
