Should I lose weight?



I'm a 14 year old girl and I'm 5'3"
I weigh about 105 pounds. I exercise (swimming,weight training, biking) at least 2 hours a day, every day. So, should I lose weight, or am I at a good weight?

maintain or gain like 10 pounds, I am sorry about your eating disorder, they ... suck to say the least. Be strong, safe, healthy. Don't worry about your weight, I am sure you will always look great, but care more about your health. I know, I know, it's hard, but try to eat a decent amount, 1,000 calories is still low, but healthy enough to manage and to maintain your weight. You are fine. Keep eating right and exercising, and do not obsess over weight, it can lead to extremely unhealthy tendencies.
It sounds like most of your weight is muscle. 105 pounds is better for 5'3" thank 120 pounds (friend of mine). But if you're uncomfortable about it, when you next go to get a physical or a checkup, ask the doctor about it.
