How's what I ate??? |
Breakfast- None, was in a rush Lunch. Two wheat slices Two pieces of turkey, skinless Mustard Diet Soda Snack- Grapes Supper- Whole Grain pasta 1 cup of spaghetti sauce 5 glasses of water Exercise- 20 minutes of biking, speed walking a mile, extreme cardio 40 minutes I know its not a lot but before you say anything my mom hasn't gone grocery shopping yet and I couldn't eat anything like fruits, vegetables, or other things. the workout sounds great. and you should of had some healthy and fast breakfast like cereal or oatmeal, and get about $3 and get 5 fruits and veggies at a small market near by so you can eat then while your mom goes grocery shopping.. <3 Well you need to eat more than that. Have a tin of baked beans on toast with an egg on top. The only thing thats not healthy on what you said is the diet pop, Its got nutra sweet in it and Aspartame is unstable at best. It turns into formaldihyde in your eyes and causes blindness in your older age. And splenda is one molecule from being engine coolant...the stuff they say don't drink even if it is sweet, it'll kill you. Makes one think, huh? Not bad but MAYBE a little more protein, and do not skip breakfast. Breakfast gives your metabolism a kick start in the morning. If you skip meals you are training yiour body to store fat. It may think you are starving. |
