Is this tough,bad,normal?



okay this is my workout routine all week i do this everyday but not all these exercises 3 mile jog 5 mile bike 120lbs benchpress although i can german suplex a 220 pounder and wrestle people for exercise and box and liftweights for 1 hour am i a good athlete ?

yeah ur good but thats about normal i know alot of ppl that do alot more than that. in a day i used to jog/walk 15-20 miles and ride a bike about 15-20 miles.
