Will the following exercises tone the bum? |
To tone your bum, will these exercises work? Lunges, Squats, Using a bike, Running, Walking, Walking and running in the pool, Swimmimg, Streching. Any other exercises to tone your bum? yes but do it as fast as you can while building a good cardio, the best for the bum is i wish i could draw on this thing, 1 lay down on your back 2 bring your knees up to a 45 degree angle 3 place your hands behind your head 4 now raise your pelvic area as high as you can and tighten up the gluteous muscles and hold them for five seconds, 5 Go down slowly and repeat this will also strengthen the lower back muscle too bum??/ u mean buns-----step climber or stairs I used to have small but sagging butt until I did this excercise, in my experience, the best way to tone a bum or rather if u want to make it a lil big (if u have a smaller one) just get a chair wherein its height reaches ur lower abdomen and hold on it for support, raise ur leg backside and hold it there without putting it down to ten countings (count 1 to 10) then relax it and put it down, same way applies to your other leg to balance toning. Do this whenever u can and u can feel the effect sooner than u can anticipate it. And add dancing in ur routine, much fun to do even when ur alone in ur room, just wiggle ur hips and waist or do the grind much better, (do it the way sexy ladies dances in the bar, no joke!) it helps a lot. do the following workout, A and B should be done one after the other and repeated thrice.. 1A Split Squat 20 rep [10 on each side] 1B Lunges with back foot elevated [10 reps on each side] repeat thrice. 2A sumo squat 15 reps 2B step up 10 reps on each side.. or best option is to follow the video in the page below.. http://truthaboutfat.blogspot.com/2007/0... |
