Treadmill exercises?



i need to lose some weight and my apt complex has a treadmill and bike but i dont know how long to exercise. if anyone knows of a exercise plan please let me know.

exercise like cardio (both the bike and treadmill) don't need a plan. just use them until it raises your heat rate for as long as you can manage. try to aim for about 45-60 min work outs. if you're just starting out then start slower and increase your work out as you go.

cycle on the bicycle at a steady rate, going a bit faster if you can handle it and try to use it for more than 20 minutes at least.

the treadmill, start by walking then increase speed until you're eventually jogging and then running. this is a gradual process which could even take weeks. you don't want to do too much too soon or else you could end up injured or really exhausted and have to stop completely, then start all over again once you've recovered. not ideal at all

always warm up and cool down before and after exercise.

you are SOOO lucky , umm here is what i do run on the treadmill at a speed of 7.5 to 9.5 and no lower and try to burn at least 510 calories
i weight 130lbs. i go work out before. and in my program list. i need to spend 15-30mins on treadmill and also with the bike machine... if u eat lot of foods in a occassion days or special days, u need to spend more time in treadmill and bike so that u will maintain or lose weight.
weight loss program for treadmill= 4.5 mph at 6 incline for 30 minutes or higher twice a week and 7 mph at 2% for 20 minutes. once a week. Reasoning is that the high speed one loses weight straight up. High incline builds lean muscle which boasts metabolism
