Hey Guys Out There .. Im started a diet on saturday, only eating Fruits and Vegtables and drinking water and fruit juices! (smoothies) How long do you rekon it will take me 2 lose weight if i stick with this diet plan?? I no it is going 2 be hard but i really need 2 do it so i can enjoy life more. I am going to go out on my bike and do regular exercises at home when i can do, would it be worth it? Thanks yeah, Its really great! I did it, my hair fell out, my gums were bleeding and I was fainting all over the place. I collapsed and had a doctor screaming at me at the top of his lungs in front of a bunch of people. I don't know if its got anything to do with a stroke I had, a month before I turned 30 First of all, you aren't eating healthily. I mean, you are eating fruits but you need to make sure you eat the proper amount of vegetables, whole wheat, protein and meats to hav ea balanced diet. If you workout a few times a week and up what you are eating, you can lose weight pretty fast. But youre basically starving yourself and doing more damage to than helping your body. as long as you are burning more callories than you are taking in you will lose weight. It stinks but counting the calories is a basic principle that most overlook or just dont want to do Forget this diet plan, eat what u want and exercise every other day. Do some situps at home and side stretches. Get u a set of weights or go in the woods and find 2 large rocks and lift every other day. DO NOT DO THIS DIET IT IS NOT SAFE!!! If you are determined to do this you need to be taking very good multivitamins!!! Also you need to have at least one protein shake a day.... or get protein powder and put it in a fruit smoothie!!! You need protein and you need more nutrients that just fruits and veggies!!! BE CAREFUL Severely cutting your calorie intake is NOT the key to permanent weight loss and a healthy lifestyle.
