How much weight can i loose by.......? |
july 20. i drink only water and soy milk....i eat a balanced diet.....5 small meals every 3 hours ......i exercise 2 hours a day....i bike for 90 minutes.....i do pilates for 30 minutes.....and every other day i do crunchs. so....how much weight can i loose by july 20th? You can healthily lose up to 2 pounds a week. Your plan sounds reasonable. Just make sure you consume enough calories--many people tend to go under. I'm 5'6 and weigh 155 pounds right now (I've lost over 40 pounds). I need to eat at least 1500 calories a day and still lose weight in a healthy manner. Anything less and my metabolism messes up. You might want to keep a journal and count calories and remark on what you ate, when and also record how many calories you are burning working out. For example, If you only eat 1400 calories and then burn off 400 a day, you are not eating enough! Aim to go no less than 1200 a day after exercise. You'll do great.
