I have been exercising every day and look good with much flatter stomach, why no weight loss?



Ater exercising every day on the exercisie bike and treamill I have a much flatter stomach, slimmer thighs and smaller flatter butt. But I have not lost one pound.
How can I look so much slimmer without losing any weight?

In order to lose weight, put muscle in some more places by starting a whole body workout with weights. The more of your body you turn to muscle, the higher your metabolism will be,
since even at rest muscle burns calories. Combine that with a slight diet, and you will lose pounds.
The cardio took the fat from the unhealthy places, like your abdomen, so your health is much better because of that.
Because muscle weighs more than fat! Do you feel better, fit into your clothes better, feel fitter? If yes, quite worrying about the weight.

Initially you will be adding muscle mass. Muscle weighs more than fast, so you have lost fat and added muscle.
You are building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat so you are getting smaller, but staying the same weight.
Exercising and changing your diet go hand in hand. If you haven't changed your diet, you're most likely maintaining your weight even though you are toning your body with the exercise.

You can start changing your diet by eating less bad carbs (white bread, etc.) and replacing them with good carbs (wheat bread, etc.). Also, reduce your sugar intake. For example, instead of putting sugar in your coffee use Sweet n' Low and pay attention to the sugar in your salad dressing. Use clear salad dressings like a vinagrette or Italian dressing.

Also, keep in mind that many juices carry a lot of sugar. Instead, drink water or flavored water or light juices. And of course, steer clear of sodas unless they're diet.
