Difference in biking with or without hands?

When I bike I generally like to go no handed, just controlling the turn with my lower body and legs. Is there a difference in the type of exercise I get if I hold my hands on the handlebars. I like to go maybe 8 miles. Also, is there anything I can do while biking (except lifting weights whilst) to build up my arms?

there is no difference except the increase in your ability and skill to ride with no hands
I disagree with the above poster... riding without your hands is a lot harder because your body and core have to balance you on the bike. I'm assuming you are talking about a real bike, not an exercise bike.
Even on an exercise bike, though, my guess is that riding without your hands would cause your core to have to work a lot more. It's excellent to build your balance. Now that I think of it, you are probably talking about an exercise bike because you are talking about holding weights in your hands, which I doubt that you would do if you were riding a "real" bike.
I don't do spinning, but weights seem like a good idea if you are trying to build up your arms.
