Am I unhealthy?



1. I am 5'5 and I weigh 134 pounds. I have a medium body frame.And apparently, my BMI is 22.5? Is this fat, or normal for my age and height. Oh, and by the way, I'm 15.

2. Am I eating too much? I thought I was pretty healthy until my friend told me I was eating too much.

Breakfast- A bowl of cereal. A glass of water.
Lunch- A peanut-butter and banana sandwich, and half of a string cheese. A glass of water.
Dinner- Two hot dogs (I normally eat one! I was kinda hungry today ^^;;) Some grapes. A glass of water.
Snack- One of those 100 calorie popcorn packs. I didn't eat the whole thing either.

That's normally the most I'd ever eat. I NORMALLY don't eat breakfast, but today I was hungry soooo........ I did.
I exercise too! Every day, I go on a 4 mile bike ride. So is that good exercise?

lets see i checked it out for you and your perfectly healthy. and no your not eating to much, your friend is delusional and apparently very jealous. you seem to be in perfect health and the fact that you go on a 4mile bike ride every day, is very impressive. i wouldn't be surprised if you had more muscle than fat, which weighs more. don't worry your in perfect health and seem to be on your way to a life of happy heart healthy decisions.
that sounds pretty healthy to me. the water especially.
Haha, you're as healthy as it gets :) I'm 14 and even though I weigh less than you, I am so much more unhealthy. I'm 5'2 and I weigh 115 :) You rock, keep doing what you're doing.
I think your friend is anorexic to think that you eat alot. And going on a four mile bike ride is great. I think you sound healthy, but don't just take my word for it. If you really are concerned about it, you could talk to your school nurse, or doctor, but I think your friend is exagerating.
seems like you are doing fine. the exercise seems great. don't worry about how much you are esating just as long as you are eating healthy. just make sur to eat your veggies.

r u kidding...that is totally not 2 much food!!!!!most of it seems pretty healthy.and that is way more exercise than i get...i am 13 and weigh bout 82 lbs......im small but even i eat more than that every day!!!!!!!

(and no i am NOT anorexic)
I think your perfect but should get in front of a mirror and take a good look at your self and then decide if you think your healthy or not i hope it helps
