I have 5 days to...?



lose as much weight as possible

im 105 ish

give or take 3 pounds

and i want to look skinny for next saturday

my goal is like 4-5 pounds

by eating negative calorie foods for the next full week... thats fruits veges.. etc... can i reach my goal...

oh yeah and im exercising by like either biking or jogging for like an hour or more a day

im 5'7" by the way

I think it's possible. Also drink alot of water it'll help your body absorb the nutrients it needs to give you more energy to excercise and lose those pounds.

Please for the love of God do not lose any more weight! You're too skinny as it is. Get yourself some professional help! This is called an eating disorder and people die from it!
