I Need To Lose 30 Pounds!!?

will anyone be willing to give me a diet plan ((vegan! no meat, eggs, or dairy products)) and an exercise plan ((i have a treadmill, elliptical, bike, and bowflex))? i'm only 14 and i'm at least 30 pounds overrweight!! and i'm already at risk for a lot of heart diseases and stuff just because of heredity issues. my grandma just had open heart surgery, and i dont want to have to go through that when i'm older!!

so, i need to lose 30 pounds in like 2-3 months!

also, if anyone would be willing to send me motivational emails a couple times a week...that would be amazing!! my email is: hollywoodchick213@yahoo.com

thanks!! all answers are appreciated!!

Being a vegan and going on a diet is a hard thing to do since you are so limited with food. I'm a vegetarian on a diet, which is hard because there aren't a lot of choices, but being a vegan must be harder for you. I already know what foods you can't eat. What foods can you eat? I can make a diet plan for you if you tell me all the foods you can eat. Do you already exercise? If not, then you should start. If you do, then you should start exercising a little bit more than you already do.
it depends whats right for you, vegan makes it really hard to keep a healthy, balanced diet. I believe you need meat in your diet to keep a healthy body. Also, different exercises work for different people. Have you tried speaking to your parents who could help, or your doctor. Perhaps a dietician could help, or go to a gym and see a personal trainer. All different options. Hope that helped a bit. there is a website however, where you enter in your details and they lay out a diet and exersize plan that suits you. it is : http://www.freetrainers.com/
Well we don't know where you need to lose tnhe weight on your body. Go to the person who told you to lose this weight ( your doctor i'm guessing.) and ask if they could lay out a plan. But if you want i can send you motivation emails.
You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

I once lost 28 pounds in six weeks, but I haven't been able to do it since and everyone else who was on the same plan as me was kind of miffed because that wasn't a normal amount to lose. Don't expect that much...

It was a diet called Prism (in case you want to look up the fine details). Basically, you go through a few different "phases" that are each six weeks long. The first one starts you out with suddenly cutting back to 1000 calories a day and cutting out all refined sugars and simple carbohydrates, you can't have bread or cereal or anything with sugar unless it's at least fourth on the list of ingredients. Fructose or Splenda is okay. A little brown rice is okay. After six weeks, you cut out almost all fats, too (less than 10 grams a day). Exercise is important through the whole thing, but they aren't specific, any activity is good. Honestly, I can't remember past that. I'm really glad you want to be healthy! I should, too... I ended up losing about 50 pounds, which felt wonderful, then gaining it all back. :(
work out more. eat healthy foods such as fruits and veggies. take a short walk everyday. try a sport or two.
