I am trying to lose 10 pounds. I am now eating very healthy and trying to live a healthy lifestyle. The only problem is in order to lose weight you've got to exercise and eat healthy in order to maxamize the results. I have been making sure I eat healthy foods for the past 5 months or so. In that time I didn't really exercise consistantly but, I did lose weight. Porlby only about 5 pounds but, I want to lose 10 more. I need some ideas of effective exercises to do though because I always make excuses to skip exercising because I don't feel like it or want to or know what to do. I don't have a gym membership but, I do have a bike. here was a time I would walk almost everyday for 20 mins but it didn't seem to do anything. I want something thats high intesnity and effective but, I hate running. Does anyone know what I should do? I need some ideas for great forms of exercise??? help please
water(pool) aerobics..low impact and has no long term damaging effects on your knees and other joints sometimes you just gotta do what you just gotta do-running.
