Sick of not losing weight?



i have been gong to the gym for about 3 months occasionally slack by only going twice a week and have a pretty healthy diet as I calorie count. for the majority of the week i have under 2000 calories a day, usualy under 1500 if im not feeling down. This included lots of fruit and veg etc

My gym routine is bike, cross trainer, stepper, rower, weights, floor exercise then 30 mins swimming

I know i might be putting on muscle but i have put on 2 pounds and not lost too many inches. Its really starting to get me down

thats not a bad thing atleast you're losing the fat which will result in your body becoming very lean, well toned and sexy isn't that what you want? forget about the scale and focus on the fat you're burning

You are destined to be big. Learn to love it.
Have your thyroid checked. This regulates the metabolism and if this isnt working right then no matter what kinda program youre on... you will see almost no results. Lastly, make sure that your routine and diet is approved by a doctor.
change the word occasionally for regular and you might see some change.
Once your metabalism kicks in the weight will fall off you.Do not lose hope.Good Luck
Dont worry just keep at it, everyone hits plateaus in weight loss.
Sometimes changing the time of your gym visits or a small change of programme can make a difference, but as long as you keep burning more calories than you take in you will start losing weight again.
