I want to lose weight by exercising without changing my diet???



I only eat like 1 sweet each day since there is never sweets at my house. And its really not what I eat that makes my diet bad but its how much I eat of it!! or how much I eat period.
im a teen. 5 '1 and weigh 123 pounds. What scares me is each school year I gain about five ponds. But I want to do exercise activities to get in shape so it WILL keep me from overeating. These are some activities I like and will probably do if it will work: love riding my bike, take walks sometimes, dancing, sit-ups, jump rope.
I need to lose 10 pounds thats all, please help!!!!

you say you eat healthy, but you eat too much......i think that your weight is not so bad, for your height but you know your body and know what weight you want to be......if you dont want to change your diet try counting your calorie intake, don't eat over 1200 calories a day, drink atleast 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, or keep it in a measured container so you can keep up with your intake, avoid sweets, chips, and junk food period..excercise....biking, walking, aroebics. you don't need any supplements, just eat healthy and excercise, and most of all make sure you get atleast 10 hours of sleep, that is very important also, helps you stay focused, on what you are trying to do, also helps to stay focused in school.....i hope i was helpful
you need to burn 3,500 calories in order to lose a pound. Now, you can either increase your activities or decrease your food consumption. If you can manage to burn 500 cal a day (times 7 days of the week) without eating more, you can lose 1 pound a week.
