Does my diet look good? |
okkkkay this is my day so far! does this look good breakfast: lots of watermelon (couple of cups) lunch: 2 cups lettuce, little bit of balsamic dressing, 1/2 tomato, 1/4 cucumber, 3 oz salmon snack: 3 oz salmon, fuji apple my exercise has been 1 hr elliptical, 30 min bike ride, 1 hr yoga my dinner will be a small portion of my mom's cooking, no dessert or other snacks. would this be good for weight loss? how many calories do you think i ate? thanks Your calorie intake sounds good, maybe even a little Low. Make sure you're getting all the nutrients you need. It's ok to add a slice of wheat toast with peanut butter into your breakfast. That will add whole grains and protein making your breakfast more rounded and full. Also, add a glass of non-fat milk. Lunch sounds delicious! :) Good job keeping the dinner portions small. Sometimes it's hard when someone else is cooking to eat healthy, so portion size is all you can do. Drink a lot of water with dinner also. :) Exercise sounds good. Add weight lifting into your routine. Don't lift super heavy weights, otherwise you'll get big and bulky. Lift small amounts of weight for more reps. You'll get lean, sexy, toned muscles.http://imnotsigned.com/profile/profile.p... That sounds great! You must be gorgeous. you will look like a stick in a couple of days Well, you need to start off with something more than just watermelon to lose weight **healthfully** (try whole grain Total with fresh cut strawberries or banana, because it's the most important meal of the day, and this is loaded with necessary vitamins). seems like you are at least getting in some quality foods. if you want to find out how many calories you are taking in, go to fitday.com (free) and enter in your meals, and it will give you a summary of how many fats/carb/proteins you are taking in as well as how many calories. that website helped me lose 30 lbs, and it is free. can't go wrong with free... :) |
