I'd like to lose abut 3 pounds......?



I know it's not much..but I'll feel better once I finally do.
I used to weight 125 pounds and we went on vacation..I gained about 3 pounds I think [my scale is a piece of junk lol]
and I've lost 1 of that so far. But I want to grt back to about 125 and stay there.
I'm pretty good with will power..for exapmple, I barely eat chocolate anymore, not much candy or sodas, cakes cupcakes..etc.
But I do absolutely love cookies and doughnuts and try to stay away from those..but one turns into 2 and 2 turns into 3 and whatever lol..
So anyways..here's my exercise routine:
-20 minutes aerobics
-20-40 stationery bike
(I used to only do 20 minutes on the bike..then moved it up to 30 to try to lose alittle..then on days I eat some things I shouldn't..I go for 40 minutes)
-100 crunches
-15 leg lifts
So what else can I do to lose 3 pounds in a healthy way?
It probably shouldn't take long..maybe a week, or two weeks tops..
And any tips that have worked for you for staying away from junk?

It sounds like you are doing everything right. Sometimes, when you are in your healthy weight range, it is more difficult to lose the weight.

How much water are you drinking. Make sure you drink a lot of water. Water is the key to weightloss.
eat less
try to eat light , small portion at a time and do not eat late at night ,cut your eating after 7.00pm, only 3lb. to loose should not be hard (do not eat cookies) , you are like me ,i like to loose 3 lb too ,but whenever i eat cooke i gain back
You can gain and lose up to five pounds in one day, depending on when you weigh yourself. You should really only worry about losing weight if you want to lose ten pounds or more, because of these fluctuations.
make healthy fruit snacks. I have some great recipes if you wanna email me. also try bringing a buddy when you workout so you can motivate each other.
personal expierence
okay find a protein shake that has only 100-200 calories per serving.
mix with water
drink every 2hrs
do this for one day. NO food that day.
The next day do the same thing with a salad at night.
the next day just eat healthily.
during the 1st 2 days you'll have to play with your excersise. only do what you can handle, if it's not working out for you then u may need to eat a piece of bread.
