I am 12 years old and really OVERWEIGHT, please help.. :'(?



okay yeah so im 12 turning 13 on september 13th., 173 pounds. AND I NEED HELP! I have a low self esteem so please don't leave rude comments! :) okay well i am trying to set a goal to loose atleast about 25-40pounds in i think 3 months before school starts so i can try to start all over. i try to be happy with what i am but i cant! the only exercise equiptment i have IN my house is a bike and a thigh thing, my thighs arent big so dont worry about that. so i have been having problems with my weight and im sick of it! im going to start eating only when im hungry and eat salad or something healty till im not hungry, no dressing, i am going to run/walk around my neighborhood/3 ponds twice EVERY day until august 30ths of 2007. and im going to ride on the bike for 2 hours each day with breaks inbetween, oh please help me! i'm sick of being the only big girl in my class.. i have so much cute clothes that i don't fit into..give me some tips and answers please!

Ya u shud firstly do exercise like go on a jog and stuff also dont eat any fryed foods! EAT LOTS of food in BREAKFAST and LUNCH and for dinner jst have a light snack! Also you can put pictures of skinny ppl on the fridge in your room etc and that will like give you a signal not to eat Fatty foods!!!

drink a lot of water exercise a lot and eat healthy pleanty of fruits but we are all diferent and you should asept the way you are.
i would try running, eat only healthy foods, just be careful not to hurt your self ok.
i really would go to a expert...the thing that ur going to do seems allitle dangerous talk to an adult....im the same age..well actually im 13 but whatever.... ppl say when we are our age that we have to eat... just whatch what u eat......

my friend whos ur age thinks shes overweight...idt she is but her family seems to agree.. she is going to eat just healthly food...she is going to eat reguraly but only health foods..this is a good way to lose weight...try it

and relax! u have plenlty of time to lose what u have to losse but if ur gonna start start now to ur like 14 because when u get older...ppl say its really hard to lose weight then
