Alright, Heres the Scoop, Im about 257.5lbs 5"10, I Need to lose weight but I don't have alot of exercising stuff around the house, My bike is broken, and all i have is DDR, I'm trying to cut down on eating, working somewhat, Anyone have any Ideas on how I could lose weight? My goal is 220-230, I wanna look better for Grade 12, I don;t wanna look fat at my graduation, Can Someone help?
