Ok....any alternatives to hoodia, maybe green tea? :)?



Thanks for all the info guys. Joya mentioned exercise....I walk or run my shepherd on the bike 5-10 miles every day (sometimes more). I only eat soy & salads. I have lost about 30 lbs, but still need to loose 20-30 more. I have been at a standstill for 6 wks, struggling just to keep off what I've lost, even tho I'm exercising even more now. Is there anything that will "assist" in the weight loss? Does green tea capsules work? (I drink LOTS of regular & green tea already).

Green Tea works as a cleansing aid, cleans out your system of any junk. If that's what you want, you can also try Dandelion Root extract, same idea as green tea, just a bit more effective.

But neither of those will do anything for your weight.

How about healthy meal replacements? Like ensure or energy bars, that might be more useful than a diet pill, which would only starve you and put strain on your heart, natural medicine or not.
wow i cant even go for a week on a diet, :(.. you have a very strong will power, keep it up,
personally i think sticking it to drinking tea like what you are doing now is the best, since you get the green tea into your system along with water, which is the best diet medicine :)
i have tried hoodia myself, i dont think it works, i've tried several kinds too so i advise you not to waste your money, and do it oldskool

You ONLY eat soy and salads? Yikes, please, PLEASE consult with a doctor or dietician, it's highly unlikely that you are getting all of the required nutrients for a healthy, functioning human body. I hope you're at least eating fruit and beans to make sure you are getting a full antioxidant complement and some protein (soy protein is only one type of protein). Variety is the spice of life, eating a limited diet almost ensures that you will not get the full range of nutrients necessary for proper health.
