How do i lose that stomach pouch just below my belly button? |
i have lost 20 lbs and i exercise 6 days a week on the elliptical and bike, but i have had this "bowl" on my stomach, even when i was 118 lbs( i'm 5'3'') is this just how my body is, How many sit ups or what ever should i do a day? Honestly you just have to keep doing cardio. This is the best way to lose fat, and there is not exactly a way to "spot" train, as in just lose fat in your stomach. However, you are pretty thin I imagine considering your height and weight, so for you to have alot of fat buildup in your stomach/tummy, you should watch what you are eating. Cut down on refined carbs (muffins, fatty breads) and also on sugary stuff like candy. These types of foods tend to go straight to your tummy. Finally, you can also contimue to do situps everyday, and although they will not make your stomach fat go away, they will define your ab muscles. Good Luck!!! You can try doing lower abdominal excercises, the roman chair at your local gym is awesome for this.But if its a try bowl as I am genectically predisposition my doctor has insisted on weight stabilization for 1 year and then tummy tuck. When you do exercise wear a sash/belt on your belly. You'll be amazed by the amount you sweat and it helps keep your belly in. Also do about 4 sets of 15 sit ups a day. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
