Are there any diet fasts out there that are easy to follow and not nasty?



i need ways to lose weight fast and without pills just diets that are easy to follow. such as the grapefruit diet. etc... i need results faster than just exercising. also has anyone lost weight bike riding. because im thinking of doing this. do you see results fast? THANKS!

the abs diet can get you fit in 6 weeks, but it requires exercise 3 days a week, but the diet is pretty easy to follow
