Yo. Hey i am a lil overwieght : ( But im working on it. Tell me if this is a good schedule Food- No sugar, Or Carbs. Drinks: Water or carbonated water Exercise: freestlyle dance to my fav hot upbeat songs for 1 hour,Stair stepping` 20 times up and down 6 flights four steps each flight. Play at the park with the lil kids i babysit Huh Good? im trying to lose lots of wait b4 October 5 10 pounds would be nice lol.WATER lol...Lotz of it I love carbonated. My sub for soda. if u r making a suggestion make it fun not exercise like crunches or blah blah blah. I have no bike >_< i have a scooter ^_^. lol. so ya give suggestion of food drink or exercise. O ya i also detox every couple a days for those of u who dont no wat that is its when urnot eating for say 3 days and drink LOTS OF WATER its healthy im not starving myself people< anyways suggestions appreciated thanx sooo much Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy. Brisk walking is great for burning body fats. It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
