Diet- 1500 calories healthy food 3 meals 6-8 glasses water 100 carbs or less 50 g fat or less at least 25 g fiber 0-25 g sugar keep a food diary exercise-every weekday 30 minutes of walking 30 minutes of bike riding 10 minutes of jumping rope 20 minutes of conditioning exercises(crunches/pushups/don... kicks) keep an exercise diary It might be. Drinking lots of water certainly helps as well as the exercises. You try Low carb diet. It is really effective!
