1500 calories
healthy food
3 meals
6-8 glasses water
100 carbs or less
50 g fat or less
at least 25 g fiber
0-25 g sugar
keep a food diary

exercise-every weekday
30 minutes of walking
30 minutes of bike riding
10 minutes of jumping rope
20 minutes of conditioning exercises(crunches/pushups/don... kicks)
keep an exercise diary

It might be. Drinking lots of water certainly helps as well as the exercises.

sounds good to me. of course you would have to change up your exercise program every couple of weeks.
that diet is great but it will be hard trust me once u start theres no going back
Sounds good but how do you know if you have eaten 1500 calories a day?
