well.. ive started exercise. this morning i was at gym was on bike for 99minutes burnt 622 calories.. i weigh 22stone so i burnt more than that.. what ive eaten and drink : 2 litres of water breakfast : Cornflakes Lunch : 1 sausage in a roll Dinner : kebab and chips ive mucked up aint i?? is that bad what ive done? Water cook everything... even the meat! Watch your caliorie in take. It takes approx. 3500 cal to loose 1lb. So... if you loose 500 cal per day you loose 1lb per week. You might want to build muscles since they're the main source for burning calories. Do not starve yourself! That will only make your fat storing cells more efficient at doing what they're doing, which make you harder to loose weight. Try to control yourself on eating, it's really hard at first but it gets better as you go on. The exercise part was excellent! The breakfast, you could do better, by having some yougurt instead of cornflakes. Lunch, you should have had some vegetables with the sausage, instead of the roll. For dinner, the kebag is excellent, but skip the chips. R. Hmmmmm, its not so much the quantity but the quality you've eaten. All fat and c**p. Stick to low fat healthy foods like chicken, fish, veg, salad and fruit and you wont go wrong. As you weigh quite a bit it might be wise to see your gp and check with him before you diet. if you are serious about losing weight try the hospital diet you only do it for 3days you can lose up to 7lbs then you eat normal for 4days and plenty of exercise. the things you are eating you don't sound serious if you want really lose weight you should forget about sausage , chips ,kebab . First of all good for you going to the gym. Unfortunately, yes what you've eaten has done you know good whatsoever. Not gonna lecture you, I've struggled and struggling with my weight all my life. Start again tomorrow. Ann B - what's the hospital diet for 3 days? Would somebody please inform me what the 3 day hospital diet is that Ann B mentions. I would love to know more. |
