How do you get tighter, firmer, thinner thighs? |
How do you get tighter, firmer, thinner thighs? I鈥檓 really tall and thin鈥?except for my thighs which are a little too thick. What are good exercise to thin and tighten your thighs? Is riding a bike good? Anything will help. How long after you start doing exercise do you see a change to you think鈥?a couple of weeks? Squats and lunges. Probably a week or 2 of regular sessions and you'll see results. Not stunning results that soon, but results. get a stepper or treadmill it works wonders me i have model legs Walk Walk Walk, squats, stairs, and bike riding are great ways to tone and also get some fresh air. riding a bike really help! but if you do jump rope for about 30-60 mins a day, you will see result only after a few days!!!!!!!!!!!! good luck! Try doing Denise Austins Pilates workout video. I have only been doing it for 1 week and 1 day and it is working Miracles. Get it at your library. power walk that would help your thighs u will see a change the second week u will look toned |
