College student/waitress that wants to lose 20 pounds in two months? Is it possible...really?



I am not going to lie and tell you that i do a lot of exercise, I walk a lot at work and ride my bike to class most of the time. I'm in college so i drink quite a bit. And i prefer dark beer. I eat a lot of pastas because they are cheap and easy. I try to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. But i skip breakfast a lot. Is it possible for me to lose weight without changing my life around...you know, something that i can actually live with? Don't tell me to stop drinking, that won't happen. Maybe switch to light beer. Drink more water, what really works?

You need to eat Breakfast.....monitor your calorie intake...try to be around 1250 per day....add a .45 minute aday workout cardo or weight training.... stay away from beef products..try to avoid the pastas.....fish and chicken are very good....I dropped 22lbs in 35 days doing this....and try light beer or maybe some 420 instead for your stress relief

fatter than you actually are.

* Being thirsty causes you to feel fake hunger and eat more.

* Drinking water aids digestion and the fat burning process.

* Drinking water helps you to flush fat out of your body.

* Drinking water helps to remove toxins from your body and keep it clean and healthy.


Do cardio for 30-45 mins. Lift weights if possible.

if you are really unwilling to change your lifestyle then weight loss will not be a reality for you.
yes switch to light beer, that will help, drink plenty of water, add some protein to your diet that is cheap and easy
tunafish and cottage cheese are great choices..
try to eat 5 or 6 small meals per day...

basically you want all the benefits of weight loss with out the work. there are plenty of snake oil magic cure alls out there like hydroxy cut or xendrene or thermo boost which all be purchased at like gnc or something. but i will warn you those drugs are basically legal speed. they made me shaky and a little disconnected but i did lose weight. im not advising you to go take them. if you do decide to take some start out on a low dose to see how you will feel on them and increase to max dose when you feel comfortable. also always take them on a full stomach follow the rules on the bottle explicitly or else you could get really sick. the pills alone wont melt it off in such a short time. you will need to do some excercise. might i suggest a jog in the morning or evening or something that you would find fun. what helps me is listening to some music. i started working out listening to about 5 songs and i would workout the whole time they would play non stop. then every week add a few more songs then you are steadily increasing your endurance and the amount of calories burned and not really killing yourself. hope some of this helped
