Follow up to my previous question.?



How much recovery time would i need?
Here is what my exercise routine looks like.

Sat.
20 min treadmill.
15 min bike.
15 min cross trainer
20 x 3 side bending with weights
40 x 3 twist

Sun.
20 min treadmill
weight training (aiming mainly for arms and legs)

Mon. off
Tues. like sat.
Wed. like sun.
Thursday and friday off.

My body started to ache recently, not from when i started. Shouldnt my fitness increase already? How can i tell?

Go buy a weight scale, see how much you lost. Good Luck. If you'r not dieting you may have not lost much tho.
