Umm...help please!? |
well, i have gotten a little more fat than i want in my stomach that i want to get rid of as soon as possible. the problem is, theres no way i can go outside to get exercise. my mom wont let me out without her, but shes always sleeping (shes very busy) so i cant walk, ride my bike, etc. so can someone please tell me how i can exercise to lose weight while i'm inside? thank you so much! =) Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy. Brisk walking is great for burning body and tummy fats. You can brisk walk on the spot in front of the tv too! It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs. Details such as my experience, meals, snacks, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog Portion control. Don't over eat, If you have a tredmill you can run on that or if you want you can just eat healthy and not fat stuff etc. simple , the less u eat and the more u exercise the more weight youll lose, no easy way Dance to your fav radio station or CD, hula hoop if a room is big enough, jump rope inside, fill milk jugs with sand. water or rice for weights, get an exercise tape or CD from your local library. March in place. Do you have stairs? Walk up and down the stairs, do sit ups or crunches. Turn on some music and dance. Crunches, jumping jacks, jump rope... Another thing to do to work the abdominal muscles is to do "bicycles", that is, to lie on your back, put your hands behind your head (but don't pull your head) and to bring one knee to your chest while you bring the opposite elbow to that knee. The other leg extends out. Do this with the other side and repeat, continuing to alternate. The motion should become fluid and appear somewhat like riding a bike, only on your back. I would also reccommend getting a TaeBo video; I think this is a great exercise routine for anyone who can't get to the gym or outside (although those are nice). Other than that, try not to eat too much candy or junk food or drink much soda. Skim milk, water, and juice are good. Hope this helps. |
