Biking or jogging for weight loss?



So basically I'm looking for a good cardio exercise to do during the summer.Which would be more effective, long distance jogging, or biking? Like say,if I biked for an hour,would that be of the same value of jogging for an hour? Because it always seems like I get more tired when I'm jogging.

jogging is better and you feel it is.
you can do jogging for 3 days and cycling for 2 days - switch it up so you dont get bored.
jogging would be the more effective of the 2,they are both could exercises and ideally you should combine them for a more rounded exercise regime
Your best bet is to walk at a fast pace for a hour. you won't cause knee injury,and will burn off the same calories as jogging or biking. The best for you also, would be swimming.
