How can i stick to my goal? |
im 13 and im trying to lose weight but everytime at night i get a craving and eat special k granola bars. i dont consider myself fat but i am kinda of chubby. any tips for losing weight. and in a healthy way. also, im embarrassed to go jogging around my neighborhood because everyone knows me. = / so i dont know what to do. i ride my bike everyday or roller blade for like 20 minutes, i exercise for like 10 miniutes :/ so any other tips. but dont tell me what to eat as in cooking because i dont know how to cook that well. thank you. I know how you feel. I'm trying to lose a little weight as well. First, do situps and pushups. Second, jog; and don't feel embarrassed by other people. Third, try to get support from your family. I stick to my goal by doing this. I want to lose 20 lbs and get abs and bigger muscles. I do it by saying I want to look like Zac Efron. I know that sounds crazy, but it's working for me. And fourth, I want you to know that I am pulling for you. I want you to know that I encourage you to lose that weight and be who you want to be. You actually start to burn MORE calories after 20 minutes of any sport of exercise. More water. Less Food. 5 SMALL meals a day. Eat every 2-3 hours. GO CARDIO! I am also 13 xD And I think I'm fat. But others say I'm chubby. They just haven't seen me without a shirt xD I DO TAEBO & PILATES AND I RUN IN PLACE BECUZ I DONT LIKE 2 RUN IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD!! What you can do is try changing some of the things you eat. A special K bar is a great thing, but limit your fatty foods. A little treat here and there is great, but keep everything in moderation. Riding your bike is great, but maybe you can extend your roller blading to more than 20 min. You can also exercise for about 1-1 1/2 hours while taking a 5 minute break here and there. |
