How can i loose weight for pictures by school time?



i want to loose about 10 to 15 lbs before school i am trying to cut pop out of my diet and exercise 30 to 40 minutes each day (ie. pushups,situps, and bike riding ect.)what else can i do i corn detasle so skipping a meal wont work or i might faint from the heat i weigh about 140 and am 5 5 so if anyone has any other ideas i dont usually eat a big meal ever ... so what can i do to loose the weight..thanks to everyone

Your doing all the right things. Eating right and exercising. Now you can think about the details. Like cutting out sodas, juices, alcohol, and mainly drink water and milk while taking a daily vitamin.
When you eat, think about moderation. Making small meals that are filling. Stick to low fat meats like fish or chicken and add veggies to every meal.
Cut out sodium, sweets,and try cut bread as well.
