Will this work to lose weight in 4 weeks? |
hi i need to drop a dress size and be back in my jeans in 4 weeks-at the moment they are so tight i cannot wear them or do them up! im exercising with dance, walking and biking for about 2 hours or more each day and eating bran, vegetables, fruit and fish. i really want to lose the weight but its so hard to stay motivated! what you all think? will it work? suggestions welcome! thanks. i think you're doing good however may be over doing it a little on the exerscise, you'll be completly wiped out. maybe 30min-1 hour should do you good hope this helps! If you want to lose weight some weeks. You can try Lose weight a week plan first! Day 1: Eat the soup accompanied with watermelon and melon for your main food all day long. Consume a glass of unsweetened cranberry juice before you go to bed. Day 2: Stop eating fruit at all! Consume your soup and you are allowed to eat green salad. Make sure the salad contain no dressings, peas and corns. For dinner you can consume roasted potato or baked potato with butter (don鈥檛 ever think to fry it) Day 3: Consume the soup, salad and fruit but no potato today. Day 4: Eat the soup accompanied with a glass of skimmed milk. Consume 8 pieces of banana to provide your body enough energy. Just make sure that you remember to do three things with your diet. 1) eat 5 to 6 smaller meals througout the day 2) eat protein at every meal coz that satiates your hunger 3) Drink Lots of water As for your workout. 2 hrs might be a little too much. You may be abot to do it well for a week or so. But after that you will feel really unmotivated and even sick. try to cut back to about an hr or more a day. In fact what you shold be focusing on is on the intensity of your workout. Higer intensity workouts burn more fat and rev up your metabolim for longer periods of time then the conventional moderate intensity but longer time. Its good that you add variety to your workout as that keep it interesing and not boring. You have got to monitor if you are losing any weight. Aim for about 1 pound a week. Wait for 2 weeks before you make your first measurement. Sometimes it take a while before the body shows the weight loss. Also you may build msucle insterad and not see any weight loss because muscle weighs more than fats. But you will still me losing weight..see if your jeans fits.Good luck. loosing weight isnt easy as we get older. being active is the main thing that helps. if your exercising,walking,and biking for a long period of time and for a couple of weeks.you should loose some weight.but not all of it. most of the weight we have is water weight.as a teenager my mom makes me drink alot of water.and you cant stop drinking it because you need water to live. but everything time you move you loose calories. and that helps.but if u loose water weight then u can start loosing thereal weight you have.because most of the weight people have is only water weight. the main key is to keep excersizing and it dose help. |
