What is the average amount of calories a person should intake everyday? |
I intake less than 500 cals a day. I am scared to gain weight. So I have become extremly addicted to the lowering numbers on a scale. I don't know what foods are good. I love fruits and vegetables. And also, does physical activity also mean just exercising, or is it just being active, playing sports, skateboarding, riding a bike and all that? I need help. I get sick all the time. Is that because I'm not eating enough. When I am sick, I don't really exercise, because im most of the time laying down. To burn cals when I am sick, Is there any foods or any kind of drink, that helps you burn cals also. OMG you should be at 1500 calories...... Why are you trying to starve yourself? Understand that losing weight and dieting is good but to that extreme will result in brain disorders, kidney, liver, heart and brain damage. Seriously eat good food and don't eat like a bird. You actually measure less than 500 a day? That is like your car running on it's battery to the gas station and not being a hybrid! You need to get professional advice or go to a doctor and come up with a better diet than that. it depends on how tall you are and how much you weigh most people should have at least 2000 calories a day but i am not sure really YOU ARE IN EXTREME DANGER!!!!!..Sounds like the diary of an anirexic!!!!...2000 calories a is they day is normal and recomended for weight loss,the minimum is 1200.You will not be healthy and at 500 calories aday your body begins to eat its self,LITERALY!!!..eating away muscle and tissue,NOT FAT!!!...you will become VERY VERY ILL!!! and are at risk for kidney problems cardiac problems immune issues,...I understand wanting to drop wieght,to look better,but in time you will not!!! you will look sick and haggerd,and feelto horrible to enjoy life...you need a heathy plan let me recommend a book that gives EXCELLENT workout and heathy eating advise..you can get it at the library or on ebay cheap..it is called The Body Sculpting Bible for women,by James Villepigue...It will give you good work out routines,(with photos) and eating and even supplements for your spesific body type/issues and it does so in a healthy mannor not a trendy one!! Please stop what your doing you are in severe danger I cannot express this enough...GET HELP.!!!*I would not advise you to burn 500 calories,in time you will be lying down permanantly!!!!
