Does increased exercise effect your period? |
I haven't had my period for 52 days now, I am definitely not pregnant. Depends. If you exercise hard and have very little body fat, yes, your periods can stop. Womans body needs a layer of fat to work properly. If your body thinks you are too lean it stops being fertile and won't allow you to get pregnant, therefore your periods will stop. if you have been losing weight with the exercise that is normal, but i would talk to a doctor because that is a lot of time to not have a period exercise yes can make your period weird.... but if you miss again call the dr cause it shouldnt be that off iM DUNT THiNK SO..YU SHOULD GO CHECK THE DOCTOR. |
