Anyone have arthritis in their ankles or feet? What do you do for exercise? |
I injured my foot 20 years ago and now have arthritis in it. I like to walk, run, bike and swim. I am very concerned due to the fact it has really started to cause me pain. What to do? I find that warm water exercise is the best for me. It takes the weight off of my ankles and feet. Here is an article about warm water exercise.
