If I'm already fat will doing weight training make my fat bulky |
I am working out twice a day in the morning at the gym and in the afternoon jogging in the morning I do the eliptical, exercise bike as well after that I do work on the weights like doing things for my arms and legs but will working with the weights bulk up my fat? I suggest concentrating on doing any "bulking up" BEFORE you work on losing weight. Here's why: It is possible to build muscle under fat, and then it just looks like a blob of bulk. No. More muscle mass= less fat mass, muscle kicks fat out. |
