Not Hungry After Exercising ?


iv recently started exercising regularly but i find that after i exercise i am not hungry for about a day afterwards.

last night i did 50 sit ups and rode 5 kms on my exercise bike, and this morning i wasnt hungry for breakfast and did not feel like eating recess or lunch at school.
it wasnt that i jst wasnt eating, i just didnt feel hungry at all and didnt want to force myself to eat.

i was fine all day, had enough energy and felt ok.

i was just wondering, is this normal? or is it bad for your health?

Ya ..i feel like throwing up after i exercise...and im pretty much not hungry for a few hours...

Eating straight after working out is bad for you, but to go for a day without eating is a problem.

i think its normal but to double check i would ask you doctor. hope i could help.
