How can I lose 10 kilos


I have asked how to lose 15 kilos in 15 weeks before but now something a bit more realistic, 10 kilos in 15 weeks. I'm 15 and overweight. I enjoy using an exercise bike more so than a treadmill too so if you can recommend anything i can do on a bike that would be great. Also I would like to change the way i eat. I really want to do this so any help is appreciated

Change your life style for good...calorie shift(eat on time and portion control, up to 5 small meals spread through out the day every 3-4 hrs) your meals and workout as often as possible(cardio & toning exercises in moderation 5 or 6 days/week)...there is no other way to get slim and stay slim for life...10 kg in 15 weeks isnt hard at all..cheer up!

well my name is yosef and im 16 when i was 14 i weighed 230 overweight early teenager but then when i was 15 i started to be more gental so one day i made a promise to god that i will nver give up exersizing until i loose weight and so guess how much i weight now 140 yes i lost alot of pounds
things to do are
sit ups until ur abs burn that means ur lossing calories if surtin part of ur body is burnin while ur exersing and do push ups either one girl one would be better to get more relaxation but guy one will make ur hands really soar next moarning so yeah
and
do alot of walking
and eat stuff like apple,oranges,salads,etc,
and like dont eat mcdonalds no fast food please
probable it eat one day in 2or3 months

PROTIP just don't eat as much, seriously. Exercise helps, but not as much as just cutting down, don't listen to stupid diets. Just stop eating the entire portion. eat half of it, have half later.

Why don't you go on cabbage soup diet, 7 kil. in 7 days
