on the exercise bike, 5 days a week, in 3 months would i have fat on my thighs?

you wud have a good amount of muscle on your thighs

If you combine it with a healthy diet you will lose weight. Try some crunches and squats to target a specific area like your thighs. You can look it up on Google =]
