Weight loss strategy |
I have been wanting to lose weight for quite sometime. My problem is I love things I shouldn't. I use to be fit, but I went into a depression where I gained 50 lbs, and then I got pregnant and ended up with toxemia, where I lost weight, then gained 60 pounds. After having my daughter I weigh about 230 and I'm 5'3. Please no harsh comments. I have an exercise bike that I try to get on at least once a day, and to try and ride at least a mile. And I do it at a fast pace, between 10-13 (I don't know what its called mph?) If I do that along with sit ups, and eat better (which will take some time) can I lose weight, or inches, or excess skin (from pregnancy and weight gain)? I know nothing is a snap of a finger, I'm sure I'm looking at months/years, I would just like some feedback on ideas. I can guarantee I have the heart to do it, I just need energy, and if I know it will work, I'll do it. I won't be able to go full force into it, but definitely gradually. Any ideas? Will the sit ups and a mile on the exercise bike work? You sound sincere in your desire to lose weight. That is one-half of the battle. I will direct you to a blog and a website below called I Choose Thin. They have some advertisements to help pay the rent but they have no hidden aganda. It is a wealth of knowledge that is free. They are against diet pills and fad diets. Save your money so when you are thin you can celebrate. Yes, they will work, along with a healthy diet.
