I need help creating an exercise routine (read more)? |
Okay I want to get fit - I'm very energetic and love exorcise so that's not the problem but I need help on what i can do.. I commute by bike and its great exercise and a great way to get around but I also do upper body workouts without any equipment and for free. I typically stop at a park or a school (after hours) and use the playground equipment for chin-ups (some areas have adult outdoor equipment) either on a high bar or rings. |
