Am I acting a bit too obsessed with exercise? :( |
I usually work out everyday, for max 1h30 to 2hrs, sometimes for 45minutes (if i decide to just run on a particular day and not bike) but today I haven't done anything. I haven't even gone walking around town or whatever, 'cause I've had visitors over and they were here for a long time which has eaten into the time i usually spend working out. Now I feel really crappy and irrational, like all the food i've eaten today is going to go straight to my waist/hips/butt. Will the lack of exercise today affect me negatively in any way? What can I do to chill out a bit and relieve myself of constantly thinking about working out Yeah, I've been diagnosed with Anorexia....I'm just sitting here now, feeling all this anger and fear at having not worked out....argghh I like to work out or take a long walk every day, but some days I can't - last tuesday was at a funeral for most of the day, for example. well your bound to feel a bit irratable because clearly your routine has been interupted.but it sound to me like this little break was proberally good for you,it good to take a step back somtimes to stop your self from being coming obbsesive,try to resist and work out normally tomorrow,u'll soon relise that your one day off was not a big deal and you havnt balloned over night!! You should moderate how much you workout it sounds. If you overdo it your less likely to enjoy and end up ditching it ... we don't want that, do we? maybe your anorexic cuz my freind is exactly like you he wwants to burn fat but hes reall skinny |
