Which Exercise Machine Works Better? |
Which exercise machine works better and faster to lose weight? i think the tread mill exercise machine is the best to lose weight and to tone up your body but if i have the two options which you have written then i will go for an elliptical trainer... Treadmills are very bad for your knees. I bought a Gold's Gym recumbent bike from Walmart.com: The one you're going to use every day for at least 30 minutes. If I were to pick just one, I'd go for the Elliptical but it really doesn't matter. The key is to work out consistently--at least five days a week--then extend the time to 45 minutes to one hour. Btw, the elliptical works on more muscle groups. i think a tredmill will b gud......or othwise evn without a machine in ur home........go for a walk,swimming,or even join a dance course.........im sure one of these will work out.......cheers |
