Should I exercise my triceps in addition to push-ups? |
3 times a week I do a workout routine. I also either run or bike 4-5 times a week. you can do tricep push-ups Definitely, you want to be strong everywhere, however, you can do normal pushups which work your biceps, or you can do tricep pushups, where you fold your arms backwards rather than out to the side, this will help work your, chest, biceps, and triceps if you do both kinds. Hope this helps. |
