Whats the best way to lose weight at the gym? |
Which exercises will help me lose weight the most on which equipment at the gym?
nah dude, those machines suck (except for the treadmill) but dont fast walk, run for about 20 minutes, rest about a minute get some water, do another 20 minutes, get off the treadmill and lift some leg weights (not heavy ones, but not too light...some that you can lift about 30 times with ease) and lift them until your legs hurt. the next day do the same but work out your upper body and do some crunches...you'll be golden. Once you stopped going to gym, you will most likely put back the weight you have lost. For a long term weight loss, you need to have a healthy diet eating plan together with some goal setting. split your days focusing on different areas of your body. For instance one day cardio, the next day legs...etc...etc |
